It was allowed by the the government because of the deaf activities. We traveled along the Taoist Temple, Cebu Heritage Monument, Magellan's Cross and Fort San Pedro.
Western Visayas Medical Center Chapel (Formerly Don Benito Lopez Memorial
Chapel). This is where the Deaf people attend mass every Sunday. 11:00 in
the morning is a time to hear mass for the Deaf. hearing people are welcomed to attend their mass. They know how to prepare the altar before the mass
start. Deaf boys were trained to be the altar servers, while Deaf girls
were trained to be the lectors and church choirs.
